The National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) presented awards to students for their award winning wild turkey drawings in the JAKES (Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics and Sportsmanship) contest.
Congratulations to Connor DeBruin with his 2nd place and Kayla DeBruin with her 3rd place award for their wild turkey drawings in the 6-8 age group category.
These students along with the other recipients were honored at the local NWTF banquet and received a monetary award for their drawings and their drawings were on display at the National Wild Turkey Federation Conference held in Tennessee.
