Committees

The Education and Catholic Identity Committee

This committee is dedicated to assuring quality educational programs based upon standards, benchmarks and grade level expectations.  Within the committee’s work is the effort to assure that the school’s Catholic identity comes across with Catholic faith and practices integrated in the curriculum across all content and co-curricular areas.

The Finance/Facilities Committee

This committee commits to establishing a budget that is as efficient and effective as possible in consideration of tuition, parish subsidy and third source funding.  Likewise, the committee dedicates itself to providing quality facilities for teaching and learning so that all educators and children experience a teaching-learning environment that is inviting and safe.

The Human Resources Committee

This committee shall establish procedures to attract, develop, and retain qualified employees and volunteers for the school system.  The Committee shall establish personnel policies and procedures.  The Committee shall establish methods and procedures for compensation, benefits, compliance, and personnel development.

The Development/Marketing Committee

This committee commits to sharing the “good news” of the school system in various ways in order to attract donors who want to give funds to assure the continuation of the Catholic schools in the Green Bay area.  Committee activities include establishing of foundations or endowments, connecting with the schools in their fundraising and foundations or endowments, and designing creative ways to recognize those who share their time, talent and treasure with the system.
