2013-2014 School Year
GRACE utilizes the vender, FACTS Management for tuition collection through a web-based system.
GRACE tuition rates are established by the Board of Trustees based on the budget approved by the Board of Directors. GRACE uses a uniform tuition level for all schools. Our parish sponsors subsidize kindergarten through grade 8 tuition. Early childhood tuition is not subsidized by our sponsoring parishes.
Tuition in the GRACE system is substantially below the other school systems in our diocese and the Midwest average. Our sponsoring parishes provide 38% of the total education costs. Another 11.6% of our costs are supported by fundraising. Each site through its site advisory council (parent advisory board) establishes parent responsibilities related to sharing time and supporting efforts to support educational programming.
Tuition Payments
Tuition payments may be made on four different schedules:
- 1 payment (July)
- 2 payments (July, December)
- 3 payments (July, November, March)
- 10 payments (July-April)
We accept payments through auto bank draft (ACH) or credit cards. GRACE accepts American Express, Discover and Master Card. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% convenience fee. If neither of these options works, a parent may request an alternate payment method. Send requests to assistance@gracesystem.org. Alternate options are subject to specific qualifications.
Fees
GRACE schools charge only two fees.
- Activity fee – Rather than charging for small items like field trips or extraordinary supplies, we have consolidated these costs into one unified activity fee and have included them in your tuition.
Activity Fee Schedule - Band fees – band is an elective program and only students enrolled pay this fee (begins in Grade 4 or 5). These fees are set site-by-site and will be added to your tuition when the school year begins.Band and activity fees are paid on the same schedule with your tuition.
