Financial Aid

GRACE Financial Aid

For the 2011-2012 school year GRACE has distributed over $207,000 in tuition assistance to over 130 families.  However, our available funds are now exhausted so we are no longer accepting Financial Aid applications for the current 2011-2012 school year.  However, if you experience a financial emergency during the course of the school year, we will consider hardship cases on an individual basis.  Financial emergencies may include but are not limited to a sudden loss of employent, substantial reduction in income, or an unexpected financial liability (medical costs, etc.).   We want to help you continue your child’s education through this financial hardship.

GRACE will attempt to provide assistance to help families experiencing a financial emergency.  You may request two types of relief:

  • Modification of tuition payment without changing the balance due – reducing payments and extending tuition payments (i.e. moving from 10 installments ending in April, to 12 installments ending in June).
  • Reduction in tuition payment – that would reduce the balance due like financial aid.
  • Requests for emergency assistance must be made in writing with the amount of relief or modification requested and the reason for the need.  You can mail your request to the GRACE Office at 1087 Kellogg St., Green Bay, WI  54303 or e-mail assistance@gracesystem.org

If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact the GRACE Office at 920-499-7330.
