The Board of Trustees' (BOT) meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month.  The meetings location is at Annunciation Parish (1087 Kellogg St. - Green Bay, WI) in Room 102.   Meeting location and time may be revised based on Interest and attendance.  Check the website for updates.

Time is scheduled at the beginning of the meeting for an open public forum for people to bring forth ideas, questions or comments.  As space and time are limited, we ask that anyone who wishes to attend to contact Dr. Carol Conway-Gerhardt  or  the administrative assistant, by phone (499-7330) or email.  If a large group wants to attend, we would need to find another room or location. 

Occasionally we change the location of the BOT meeting to get out into the schools and parishes.  Please check the website to find out if there is a change to the location and/or time of the BOT meeting.
